Best picture quality: Panasonic PVT30
That's the only thing that matters. Panny wins.

Actually, PC Richard & Son was offering me a Samsung bundle with the PN51D7000 the 3D kit and the BDD5500 for a little over $1,800.

Word up. Any time I have to worry about which TV looks better turned off, than turned on, I know I'm in the twilight zone.

Panny hands down...

Thumbs up Panny plasma

Indeed. All of the other comparisons were subjective and have no bearing on actual picture quality. Panasonic wins again !!

yay! My TV won! But in reality, the Panny is a really and I mean really good TV. I do love my PND7000 quite a bit, but I haven't had enough time with it yet to tell.

I am glad to hear that the decision came down between 3 plasmas. I still haven't been sold on the LED.

I hate it when they talk about the aesthetics of the tv bezel etc. I do not know about you but when the tv is on im looking at the picture not the frame. When it is off I don't pay attention to it at all. Even my GF said that was a stupid rating by cnet. Yeah i guess if it looked nicer would be a slight plus but by no means a deciding factor.
