Does anybody else remember the Nintendo game from 1986 of the same name? Any relationship to the actual movie?

Never got far enough to know if Mathilda made an appearance.

I don't think that there are to many people out there that would make the argument for Lifeforce being a great movie. It is definitely watchable and I've always thought it was pretty fun. Great score too. I would but it.

I've seen this movie several times in 2.35 HDTV on MGMHD over the past year but no news on any blu-ray release yet. I can't say I love the movie or even desire to watch it, but it's a special vintage of 80s cheese that I might like to break out for guest viewing from time to time.

Italy's Pulp Video have this on their schedule for blu ray release, December 3rd. Its also listed on Amazon.it under the Euro title 'Space Vampires'...

No specs available, as yet.
