Awesome car Dude!
She looks to be in great shape so it should be fairly painless to restore her. Are you doing a lot of the work? Or some of it? That's gonna be a great project!
WTG and GL!

... and it's a 4 speed! Lucky bugger. Love my Challenger, but hate the fact it's an auto. One day when I'm rich I'll put a Passon 5 speed in it.

Any specific plans for it? Or just a general restore/tidy-up and drive the crap out of it?

she is in fairly decent shape, needs some tlc and new paint. some small rust spots, but i will have it stripped and buffed and then repainted. i will do what i can myself over time. i should have no problem doing the interior.

i love the fact that its a 4 speed, that puts the price thru the roof, its also, according to the VIN, a special order, so it has the big 383 ( 335 hp / 425 ft lbs ), oh yeah baby matching numbers
gonna rebuild over time and decide if i will keep it ( more than likely i will ) or sell it. but i will drive the crap outta it.

what year is your Challenger? post up some pics

Similar to mine.

1970. Genuine R/T. Numbers matching 383, trans & diff.

When I bought it it had a black longitudinal stripe, but I had to get some rust repaired in the rear quarters, so I removed it when I got that fixed and decided to leave it. Cleaner look.
