Rumours are apparently starting to fly that a 3 hour re-cut of the film will be released to theatres in August... methinks, if true, that'll make them some more money when they release it on BD as I'm sure we'll "all" be buying it again!

Because I scanned the page 3 times and somehow missed it all three... probably because it was a Poll saying "What did you think after watching", not appropriate for News about the film.

Sincere apologies; didn't strike me a poll on how good a movie was would be appropriate. I'll check more thoroughly in future

No, it's ok. It does happen and my tone wasn't malicious, just curious but that's the internet for ya lol. can't tell . The polls added usually to ask people what they thought of the movie and give an idea of how good people think it is and whether they should watch it. Spoiler tags are in effect for the first four weeks or so of big blockbusters so it's usually safe to come in and check the poll.

they tend to add a poll to every movie's thread after its released, but then the thread title says "Poll:...." and I can see how you might think that's all the thread it about, so your mistake was perfectly understandable.

Thanks for the info; esp the spoiler timings - I saw this on the weekend of release so I didn't worry I'd be spoilered by anything I read. I've been avoiding some others (aka Prometheus) because I hadn't seen that yet...
