Default Best Buy issues apology after p0rn shows up on display TV

Oops...

GREENVILLE, S.C. —

Best Buy was forced to issue an apology after pornography showed up on a TV set in a Greenville, S.C. store.

Earlier this week, a woman said she and her grandchildren were in the store when an offensive image popped up on a 55-inch TV.

The store manager told her someone used the store’s Wi-Fi signal to upload the picture and the same thing happened the night before.

The company said two people were responsible but did not say who they were.

Awaiting the inevitable "the grandmother and her kids are stupid and shouldn't be so easily offended" post.

I can just imagine the question "grand ma, what are they doing?"

I suppose that the two people involved are now looking for a new job? But seriously who does stuff like that at work, a few people got caught with porn on their laptop at work. I just don't get it

Reminds me of that scene in 40 year old Virgin where Paul Rudd's character gives himself a public colonoscopy.

That must have been caused by either employees who rigged a TV or by a customer who rigged the TV.

All the TVs are normally controlled by the Headquarters, not the individual stores.
