Default Audyssey Calibration - Mic Stand, Boom Arm, & Adapter

@All

First off - A special thanks to: Callas, Big Daddy, Prerich, LoJack, StalkerVette, Spurrier Sucks, & BluVette & all who have taken time to answer my queries over these past couple of months!

I have finally got a chance to set up my HT, sit down, and do some casual viewing and listening to my setup. Now, I'm attempting to "successfully" Audyssey calibrate my HT system. I have an Onkyo with Audyssey Multieq XT and I was watching this particular video and saw a mic stand with a boom arm that had the Audyssey mic attached at the end of the boom arm:

Was wondering if anyone knew where I could get this?

I also saw this:

and this particular adapter, but it got some negative reviews:

Any thoughts would be great. Would love to get this calibration finished during the holidays before work starts up again for the new year! Even with a 'rough' calibration using the Audyssey Multieq XT, I found my sub was perfectly calibrated (atleast to my newbie ears).....
