Default Bad Boys ( Sean Penn) editing issue

As i was just watching this movie with friends, and during the last fight scene with O'brien vs Pablo Moreno there is a scene when they are wrestling on the mat for the shank. For a quick second on the left hand side of the screen you can clearly see a camera man squatting down. He is holding a big camera and at least one yellow cable attached to it. I though it was funny and everyone else in room missed it so I had to go back a bit to show them. When I'm watching movies that I have seen a few times I tend to watch the background a lot and I love finding stuff like this. Anyone else seen this before Or does anyone else pay attention to the background like this?

I've seen this movie many times and never noticed that before.

But now thanks to this thread, I'm never going to be able to not notice it.

Yeah, I knew about this from reading Film Flubs 20+ years ago. So the first time I saw this flick, I looked for that goof and it was pretty obvious. I don't know why that shot wasn't removed during editing.

A very similar flub is in The Journey of Natty Gann. When Natty is running along the train, you can see a camera guy on the side of the rail car.
