Default Bobs Burger's: Terrible

I thought I was the only one. Terrible!!!

I was confused by the animation quality. The simpons have a stylized look, but these people with the overbites just distract from the dialogue.

What is with the sound effects?? Was the creator of this show given a Casio keyboard or what?

Humor is plain, but critics love it. Remember King of the Hill they weren't slapstick humor, but they were smart.

Unfortunate to see quality lost on Fox Animation Sunday.

BTW: CHECK OUT MY POLL ON THE SIMPSONS EP TONIGHT. WHAT DID YOU THINK? I THOUGHT IT WAS A CLASSIC FUNNY EP.

I enjoyed it. Nothing groundbreaking but certainly an easy show to pass 30 minutes with.

Me too, but my wife and I love strange comedies, especially animated ones. The humor is very similar to Home Movies. One of the folks who worked on that and Dr. Katz created this show. Like anything, I'll give it a shot and not do a snap judgement after one episode.

Interesting first episode. Will give it a chance. Added it to my season pass on my DVR and see how the next few episodes go.

I enjoyed the first episode, but the second, not so much. I'll give it a few more chances to see whether to continue watching or not.

I missed it but if it's anything like Home Movies or Dr. Katz, it's just not prime time worthy. Sounds like the show would be better suited for Comedy Central.

I thought the first two episodes were pretty good.

Same. At least it's Primetime Animation that isn't just coming from Seth MacFarlane.

And it was a hell of a lot better than the Simpsons, which hasn't been funny in over a decade.

Agreed. H Jon Benjamin's voice makes me laugh. He can say anything and it'll be funny.

In the first episode, Hugo = Fenton Mewley! I knew he sounded familiar. I love it.

I think the second episode is better than the first. I'll keep watching and decide after a few more episodes. So far it's okay to me. And I, too, love H. Jon Benjamin's voice!

ah, i thought i was the only one that thought this looked - and turned out to be so far - much, much, much less than average. how the show got as far as it has (prime time animation slot on FOX) is puzzling to me. but we'll see how it goes. has there been worse? yes. better? much.

simply put: it's not something i'll turn on to catch, but won't turn off (not yet) if i happen to turn it on.

Actually it isn't as bad as some folks make out. It has had 2 frackin episodes, so it is a little too early to calling it quits or switcing networks Besides, most of the Animation Domination belongs on Adult Swim, not Comedy Central. Still pissed that Futurama is on that station and not AS

I was skeptical at first, but once it got going, I really fell in love with the show. Here's hoping it gets renewed.

That's good news! I love this show and really look forward to it week after week. I was skeptical with the first episode too, but stuck with it and now I'm addicted to it. Loving the characters and style of comedy.

Yeah, totally love this very awkward show. I hope they release it on bluray, but it is way too early to be seeing any news on that.

I have to admit that I dig this show. The daughter who wears the bunny ears just cracks me up.
