I'm going to wait for this one.

The new LEGO Indy was a tropy Glitch-Fest and I don't want to go through that again.

Also...when they say "upgraded" level builder I hope they mean "doesn't suck this time"

Gotta wait and see.

I liked Star Wars as well as the Lego Indy. Thought they were great games and a lot of fun. Batman was pretty good too.

I passed on Indy 2 though. Reviews were 'the game is like the others, nothing new or very interesting'. Reviews were not bad but kinda said 'if you've played one, you've played them all'.

Hopefully for SWIII they will see about doing some tweaking. Would like to see some new things for the game.

Will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Thanks Lucasarts, instead of announcing Battlefront 3, Kotor 3, Rogue Squadron 4, Republic Commando 2, Jedi Knight 5, you give us another Lego game.

Great kid game, isn't it? I think my nephew was 4 too the first time we played Lego Star Wars on the PS2.

My ex and I really enjoyed the LEGO games, they were the only ones she enjoyed. The games themselves were a decent amount of fun too, that being said, I really want Battlefront 3 or Republic Commando 2.

I think I'll pass on this. I played the first 2 but it gets redundant after a while. Even Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman felt like a chore trying to finish them.

I'm not a fan of the prequel trilogy, so as much as I love the LEGO video games, I may be skipping this one.

Gamescom 2010: LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars Preview - One Block at a Time

Quote:
LEGO: Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is shaping up to be the best LEGO Star Wars game to date and the new additions really seem to offer something a bit different. Obviously it all plays in exactly the same way as every LEGO game so far, so if they didn’t float your boat then, don’t expect this one to be any different. Come 2011 though, LEGO: Star Wars III: The Clone Wars will offer more than enough to keep fans of plastic figures and overly powered, hood wearing badasses satisfied.

LEGO: Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is scheduled for a 2011 release.

...

And Lucas continues to show that he's the master at flooding the Toys 'R Us stores with yet another LEGO product tie-in. I love Star Wars and all, but the merchandise oversaturation in the toy market as of late has left a bad taste in my mouth and this latest game is the epitome of that. I'll pass on this one, or wait until it hits Greatest Hits or clearance status in a Target bin somewhere.

Yeah the lego games started of really good, and some problems where understandbale, but several games in and the same problems are there. Plus there is still no online co-op mode, which simply put is not acceptable and the main reason I have not, and will not buy any recent lego game. Fix the bugs, add online co-op and i'll be there, untill this happens I couldn't care less.
