The BBFC have recently given the Lions Gate version an 18 rating with no mention of the 3 seconds cut/re-framed.

I have emailed them to see if this will be uncut.

Will this title be "Region Free"? I couldn't find this information on Play's website.

Good news for us in Region B land. I got this reply from the BBFC:

Thank you for your enquiry.

I apologise for the delay with this reply. Your email was caught by our filters and only recently retrieved by a housekeeping exercise.

The latest classification of PULP FICTION is the 'uncut' version, ie the shot of heroin injection is no longer reframed but shown in full.

Yours sincerely,

^US versions of Jackie Brown and Pulp Fiction are both region A locked. It was tested earlier by a fellow member here and posted on the US thread.

I usually get my films dispatched on a Tuesday and receive them on the Saturday...two days before the actual release. Is that common?

On HMV: Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, From Dusk Till Dawn, Requiem for a Dream, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Lost in Translation are still are 'Not Issued By Supplier'. Hopefully that changes shortly.
