Yeah, that's really sad.

I was so glad when I discovered planetaxel. Fair shipping, good prices, customs paid (so no trouble going to the customs office or faxing them invoices and having to wait until the parcel is released).

Hope I will get the refund for the last one item that I had on order from them.
