Add the email-to-SMS gateway address for their mobile carrier
The format is usually phonenumber@sms.gatewayaddress
For example, to send a text to an AT&T number, you would use 1234567890@txt.att.net
The email will arrive on the recipient's phone as a text message, and replies will be sent as emails.
