Did Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines have goofed up video in Canada?

So reading the review for the BR on this site seems the first press I guess had 1080i video and no 1080p video. Did this effect the cdn version? I just got this movie from wal-mart last week for 5 bucks.

check if your upc code is 883929016938 if it is you got the 1080p version. the best version of t3 is the uk version better tranasfer and lossless audio it don't cost that much to import the uk version.

You are only 1 third correct , because the Australian and German releases of T3 are the same as the UK release.

It's not really much/any cheaper or easier to get it at all. Amazon UK currently have it listed for £8.29. Jb hifi here in Australia have it for $12.98au at the moment (they were selling it for $9.98 in June and July, which was cheaper than Amazon UK's current price), and JB are about the same as Amazon UK for international postage costs.

You're not taking in the point, because this is what you said "maybe, but a lot easier and cheaper for someone to get the uk version", implying that the Amazon UK option is by far always the cheapest. Which is not the case. Sure that is the case currently this month, but Amazons prices fluctuate just like JB hi fi Australia's prices. So with that being said, it's stupid to straight up say that Amazon UK is guaranteed to be cheapest option.

BTW, the Australian dollar is worth more than the U.S dollar at the moment, which is another contributing factor as to why your dollar currently goes further in the UK than it does here, but that's not ordinarily the case.

I got it for 5 bucks from walmart. damn wrong UPC code man you'd think they'd all be out of the market by now. guess I need to get it replaced.

if u want to stick with that one and get the 1080p version just call this number 1-800-553-6937 and tell them u need the replacement disc for terminator 3. if it was me though id try and return it and just grab one of the versions from euproe much better versions.

883929017102 is the proper upc for the good version of T3 in Canada from the research I did when I bought that disc a month back. Had the same concerns as you but found that the upc guys give you are of the US good version.

I'm pretty sure you probably got the good one as they fixed this in 2007 so I hope you didn't return it already.

I just got it cause it was 5 bucks and never seen the movie so this version will fit my needs.
