why are there some features like comic con feature, behind the scenes and commentaries from the crew missing from the uk edition of the directors cut the Finland edition has better extras

The only complain of this set I've heard from the Finns is that the cover is in DVD size. Shame, otherwise it seems such a nice set. Still I just might need to get it when the price falls little from the current best deal of it in Finland - 20€.
