Default *WARNING* New Underbelly Uncut (Slipcase edition) Pics Inside

I purchased THIS ORIGINAL 4 DISC 1080p RELEASE from an ebay member but I received THIS 3 DISC 1080i RELEASE

I have looked over the covers and the back of this one clearly stipulates 1080i while the back of the other release states 1080p. Has anybody actually got the original 4 disc set and can confirm it is 1080p and do you know why the new release of this title is now only 3 discs and is 1080i?

If both releases were 4 discs than I would have guessed it to be a printing mistake on the slip cover (I don't know what is underneath as I am trying to return it) as you can see below there is either a mistake made or there are 2 completely different prints put out by Roadshow.

3 DISC

4 DISC

I have had this release for over a year now. The 1080p designation on the slipcover is a misprint (on the actual back cover, it says 1080i). All four seasons of the series thus far have been released in 1080/50i resolution, and the first series was indeed always three discs, even though stock photos claim the release has four discs.

Thanks for your prompt reply That news is ridiculous. Haha that is a major screw up. Not 1 error but 2 errors. 4 disc and 1080p How could somebody release that. I guess it was made on a Monday morning or something. SO LAME!

^ Unfortunately Roadshow has mucked up specs on a number of occasions. Wrong aspect ratios, wrong audio specs, mixing up interlaced/progessive - not uncommon I'm afraid.

Roadshow and Icon are probably the main culprits here in Australia when it comes to incorrect specs on covers though Icon seems to have improved.

Question / Problem Solved

Going to close this so no one gets confused I've also changed the Database photo to reflect the real disc count.
