Welcome to my humble bachelor pad.
After viewing many wonderful pictures of your guys setups I have finally decided to share my own.

I will upload new photos in my gallery as I make my upgrades and keep my thread updated.
Also I would be very grateful for suggestions, comments and questions.

I just upgraded my tv from a 32inch Samsung 720p, to a 55inch Samsung 6000 series LED and in doing so I now have a crazy itch to upgrade my stand, speakers and receiver.

My next adventure is trying to find a tv stand of some sort that will mount the tv onto the stand or risk my appartment deposit by just mounting it to the wall! this should be happening in the next few weeks.
My current stand is some ikea deal that is to small for the tv so now the speakers are misplaced.

Speakers, I think as a budget I will be spending 3k or below, last week I auditioned B&W's 600 series and was blown out of the water. They sound as good as they look. pretty sure anything could beat my htib! Suggestions on any other speakers I might consider?

Last but not least is the receiver, this is the one area I need to read up on more as I have no clue what to go for or how much I should be looking to spend to do decent speakers justice.

well thanks again and enjoy the mess!

So when can I come over!! LOL

Very Nice....if you looking for a stand with a build in mount...I would check out Costco...becasue the stand I have came with mount....I remove it becuase I mounted my Plasma on the wall.

AS for receiver the main thing you looking is a reciever that can support Dobly Digital TrueHD and DTS Master Audio HD....there are a lot brand...usually some of the guys here will recommend Poineer, Onkyo, and Denon....

http://www.standsandmounts.com/index...OD&ProdID=9266
also got some black out curtains on order as well.
next month it will be time to start ordering speakers, will do the fronts first, followed quickly by the center and rears.
still going with the b&w's but as for the sub I am seriously hooked on the idea of getting a elemental designs A2-300
