Default How long does it take for Fox Customer Service to respond to an email?

I had a problem with one disc on my "Alien Anothogy" Blu-ray set. On their website, they have a customer service you can contact via phone or email...

Phone- 877-369-7867 M-F 8am-5pm PST
Email- foxconnect@orderassistance.com

I emailed them two days ago at that email address and haven't heard back yet. Does it usually take them this long to respond? Should I send a followup?

Please advise. Thanks.

if they didn't respond to the email then i'd call them.

and when i got a live person on the phone i'd keep asking to speak to a supervisor until i got as high up the chain as i could (tactics i learned from my mom). you go high enough, you'll eventually get someone who can do something about it.

I would prefer emailing since it's so much more convenient, i.e. no hold time. Geez, I can't believe people's email ethics today. In this day and age, we have such a convenient way to communicate, yet people manage to make it not so convenient. Sigh!

They finally responded. They said they cannot replace individual discs. So I have two options... exchange it at the store I bought it from or send the whole product back to them and they will send a new one within 3-4 weeks. This is BS. I don't mind returning at Best Buy, but due to this terrible cardboard packaging, what are the odds of getting 6 flawless discs? If one disc was bad on this one set, I'll probably get another bad disc on the other set; it'll just be a different disc. Ridiculous!
