Having the HDMI issues with this reciever is getting annoying. I used a work around with my ps3 for audio. I hooked up the audio via optical. But I just got a Wii U and can not enjoy Dolby Digital with the Onkyo. The Wii U does not have a optical port.
So I think its time for me to replace my Onkyo 804. Would this be a good receiver for a replacement? http://www.accessories4less.com/make...Airplay/1.html I don't really understand wattage power or how necessary it is. I live in a small apartment, can't really crank the volume to the max often. Will I notice a difference from going from 110 watts per channel to 90? Is this a good replacement. Thank you for any help. |
