Australia JB Hi-Fi orders problem.

Hello.

I have a question regarding the JB Hi-Fi, but I donīt know if this the right place to put it.

Iīm an international costumer and on the end of January-2015 I made 4 orders from the JB Hi-Fi store.

All the orders were dispatched between 29-January-2015 and 03-February-2015.

One of the orders arrived 2 weeks ago but so far, none of the other orders have arrived.

I contacted them yesterday though their website, but there was no option to send a general e-mail regarding this issue, leaving me to send 3 separate e-mails, one for each missing order.

Today, they reply to my query with 3 equal replies, that I should contact Australia Post. Iīm safe to assume that kind of reply was because I had to fill an Australian postal code for every query sent, otherwise their site just wouldnīt left me send the query, leaving me to think their site is only good enough for domestic inquiries.

For those who make international orders from thi store, can someone please tell me if there is another way or another e-mail to contact them regarding international orders?

Even though 6 weeks have passed, should I wait longer?

You could try 'orders@jbhifionline.com.au'. Be more specific with them in regards to what country you are in.

I've just had helpful correspondence from 'online_customer_service@jbhifi.com.au', that might be a good one to try too.

Thanks for the help.

They just replyied from the previous e-mail address listed by LordCrumb, asking me if I wanted a replacement or a refund.

I told them a replacement was just fine... letīs see what happens.

Where are you located? I'm in southern California, and it takes 2-3 weeks minimum to arrive here most times. I've had some orders take upwards of 4 weeks to get here.

I know that when I ordered a hard-to-find title from JB a few weeks back, it took over a month to get to me and I live in Australia. They said they've been having trouble getting the film from the distributor here and I had the option of waiting longer or receiving a refund. I decided to wait and it finally arrived.

Had the same problem myself. After requesting a replacement, I finally received it in a month. They usually take 2 maybe 3 weeks to reach North Carolina, so I was getting anxious when approaching a month. Luckily, it finally arrived (Army of Darkness Director's Cut)!

Since I'm apparently not the only one, how reliable is JB? I'm starting to notice a trend of them losing shipments in the mail, I wonder if this is common with JB or if Australia's post just sucks?

Once it leaves Australia, you can't really blame Australia Post..

cant relly blame JB once its lost ether or tho i would expect them or the mail provider to replace it ?

I've had one order (of 1 disc) lost a few months back but they offered to replace it or give me a refund. All other orders were perfectly fine (and safely arrived to France within a week or 10 days top).

I recently had the same experience ordering Beastmaster. I was just about to pick it up from ebay, when it shipped from JB-HiFi.
