Default 1 sub to 7.2 receiver connectivity question

Hi,
I'm attempting to connect a pioneer sub to a sony 7.2 receiver and my HT newbiness has gotten the better of me.
I don't know how to connect it
All the other speakers were connected smoothly using the speaker wire to banana plugs, but I just don't know how to go about connecting the sub.
I've attached an image that shows the back of both devices.
Please educate me on the best way to connect this. Thanks in advance.

With an RCA type interconnect, connect one of the "Subwoofer Out" terminals on the Sony to the "Left" Line In terminal of the Pioneer. Turn the volume pot to 12-O'clock and the "Freq Hz" All the way to 150. Start out with the "Phase" switch at "0" then experiment by turning it to "180" and see which sounds better.

I'm in a similar situation: I have a Jamo with two inputs and an Onkyo with two outputs, but I presume I can only use one of each?

You only need one. On the Jamo, the left one usually has "Left/LFE".

I'm in same boat as OP with same receiver. Where would I get the cable the OP needs? With an RCA on one side and the red/Black stripped on the other? Or at least a piece I could rip off and strip the wires for the red/black side
