"General" forum section - Blu-ray Forum

A lot of topics in the "Blu-ray Movies - North America" forum are just general (Blu-ray) talk. Wouldn't it be better to have a "General Blu-ray" section at the top of the forums where people can post things like "Rate the collection of the poster above you" and "Post a picture of your most recent haul" topics? I don't mind these topics being there but they're not about North American Blu-rays.
