Sony VPL-VW95ES Settings???

Hello everyone...I looked in the forums and couldn't find anything on this. For everyone who has this projector (Sony VPL-VW95ES)...what are the best picture settings for a "Batcave" theater?? And what are your preferred 3D settings??? Thanks!!
