I know I might be in the minority here, but I thought this movie was really good. Then again, that's coming from somebody who loves Oblivion and Star Trek Into Darkness.

I don't think this was necessary for a steelbook. I feel this belongs in the same category as Jack the Giant Slayer and The Hangover Part III. Unless they make a very small amount, this will probably skyrocket down in price at some point.

I'm not buying any steelbook with Will Smith on it. I don't want people to think i'm a fan. I've never seen the movie at time of writing.

The best steelbook they done with Will Smith in it was I am Legend, because his mug shot was not on it. I find his face a turn off now and all his steelbooks have him smirking, grimacing, smiling.. yeah whatever.

Funny how we'll turn on celebrities after a while, like Bruce Willis or Will Smith. I'm still a fan, but now that he's putting more attention to his kids over his own career, has kind of pushed him out of the cool zone to awkward, overprotective father.

I do think that MIB 3 will be his last, best movie. There are some movies that should have gotten a steelbook instead of this, like Gatsby.

Considering how poorly this movie did in the theatres, I'm surprised that this movie got a Steelbook.

I mean..shouldn't movies need to 'earn' the right to get a fancy steelbook?

You've got it backwards. SteelBooks are a way to move movies which otherwise would sit dead on shelves.

Would I own a copy of THE GREEN HORNET if it wasn't on SteelBook? No way!

Huh, I wouldn't worry GGaijin I guess I'm in the minority too coz I thought it was really good, but then again I'm in an even smaller minority who loved Lady in the Water and The Village. BTW there's nothing wrong with Obvivion & Into Darkness - both great films.

Because Will Smith demanded that if the movie were to be released in Canada it had to be called "After Urf".

It means a movie without knowledge. Like how evolution takes place only 1000 years. In real life, it took humans like 25 million years to go from Apes/monkeys to present humans. I give example because we see giant spiders, sabertooth? huge hawks in a short timeline it doesn't evolve like that.
