Default Actors You Refuse to Watch.

I dislike Adam Sandler and Jim Carey so much That I refuse to watch any of their movies. Though not totally true, (I have seen one from each, Funny People and Truman Show) I really can't stand to see either, they are not funny. Maybe I missed out, maybe not.

Are there any actors that you try to avoid at all costs?

For those who think actresses are a separate category I will include female actors into the discussion, for the record they were always included.

Actor means both lol

I agree with u about Sandler although Click was pretty good. However Jim Carrey's first 5 movies or so were great! Both Ace Ventura's, The Mask, Dumb & Dumber, & Liar Liar (his best) are all good. After that he lost me lol.

I havnt watched any Tyler Perry movies yet so I guess he would be one. Havnt watched and DDL movies although I tried to watch TWBB until I damn near fell asleep. I know he is a good actor from what I hear but the roles he chooses and how boring his films are, I just cant take it. Also dont care for Keanu Reeves but he has a couple under his belt that are decent. Got Em!!

If they work with one of my favorite directors, I'm going to give in eventually.

I remember when I was watching the Total Recall trailer, I didn't know who was all cast yet. Then it was revealed that Jessica Biel was cast as Melina, and I let out a very disappointed sigh. Being an unnecessary remake by a hack director made it an easier decision to not watch it. If there's ever a movie with her as the lead, I would definitely refuse to watch it though.

But you've watched ONE Jim Carrey movie ever, the Truman Show, and that made you refuse to watch the rest of his work? That is unusual.

No I finally gave in to watching him because this role was not like his other "wacky" parts he plays. Same with Sandler, I gave him a shot in Funny People cause he was dying of cancer or something. lol

Love horror, like the original TCM. Saw 20 minutes of the remake when the DVD was first released and before I was anti-Biel, didn't like what I saw at all, never finished it. Probably won't ever now, considering she's the lead.

Don't like actresses that 'made it' only because of their looks. Biel for me is the perfect example of talentless beauty. Blade Trinity was the last I've ever seen from her, and she was terrible.

I will most likely see Hitchcock though, since I'm an Alfred Hitchcock fan, and I won't let her bit part prevent me from seeing it. Casting her as Vera Miles was not a good choice.

William H. Macy, don't know why he just annoys me.
I can watch Fargo though because the awesomeness of the movie out ways Macy.

I'm not gonna refuse to watch an actor if I think the movie's gonna be good. I don't like Adam Sandler and can tell from a mile away if he's gonna be in a childish stinker (Jack and Jill, That's My Boy, Grown Ups), but he was good in Funny People.

I guess the problem with actors like Sandler, Jim Carrey, Will Ferrell and the like is that their hits are the most braindead idiotic movies so that's what they have to keep making because no one likes it when they try to do something different.

I suppose if you see a name like Rob Schneider above the title, you know that's one to keep far away from.

Jack Black, it's hard to even lump him into an "actor" category.

These are a few I thought of too except that they each have one movie I do like. Well, except for that windbag Moore.

Man there are worse actresses than her. As far as looks go there are many females who made it strictly on looks. Megan Fox and she is a terrible actress. Biel is much better than her. Got Em!!
