Reel Heroes UK Slipcovers - Kick-Ass, Wanted - Blu-ray Forum

Searched and couldn't find anything so I figured I'd make a thread. Does anyone know where I might be able to find the slipcovers for the Reel Heroes UK versions of Kick-Ass and Wanted? I just ordered them from Amazon UK along with Green Zone, and Green Zone was the only one that came with a slip.
