Far and Away (Drömmarnas horisont) - Blu-ray Forum

According to CDON.COM it will be released on blu ray on 27/3/13.

I can't find any other site that has it up for pre-order.

Any Finnish members who can assist with a site that will ship to the UK (CDON do not) and that have this up for pre-order.

It is not available for pre-order on CDON. There is only a placeholder with the release date. No other vendor has even that currently. You should wait until the release date and check Recordshopx.com, they'll ship to the UK.

Seems like Sneakers, The Burbs, Serial Mom and Far & Away are all coming out on the same release date from Universal!

It is available to pre-order on the Swedish portal of CDON. Really strange that it doesn't show up elsewhere if this is going to be released on the date CDON claims. Doubt this is some type of exclusive. The date may just pass and CDON will just change it to a placeholder.

I have the Nordic Blu-ray sleeves for Sneakers and Serial Mom, but not The 'Burbs or Far and Away and those should be ready by now if Videodrome, In the Name of the Father and many others have already been done. The latter has a great cover art, for sure.

So, maybe they are still on the fence with some titles' release dates.

Universal told me that Far and Away and many others mentioned above are all to be released later (May 22nd, it seems). They have just not updated their own website. Looks like Monty Python's Meaning of Life jumped from May to September

It's http://www.universalpictures.fi in my country, but I think that you need to be member of the press to see more content (release schedule, high res printable BD sleeves etc...)

Are there any members who can procure the Far And Away blu-ray releasing in Sweden on May 22 and ship it to me in the US? I can prepay with PayPal including some additional funds for your effort. If not, can anyone point to a website where it can be ordered and shipped to the US?

SeattleDucks, doesn't look like it's getting a release here after all. Many of the Universal releases that had been mentioned earlier are either postponed or cancelled by the looks of it. "Far and Away" aka "Drömmarnas horisong" is a no-show on both CDON and Discshop over here, which is quite telling.

If they've taken the trouble to issue a EAN number for it then it will be released. But when is anyone's guess...this year definately I would say.
