'Heaven's Gate' is my favorite.
Another great movie that I care to suggest since I think it's unknown (hope not) outside Italy... 'My Name is Nobody'.

Love that film!

One that I enjoyed that was a blind buy was "The Proposition". There are some beautifully shot scenes and I enjoyed the overall film. I dont think its an amazing film but definitely worth watching.

if you like the "My Name is Nobody", then the Trinity movies are for you - They Call Me Trinity and Trinity is Still My Name. Only problem is I don't think they are on bluray and a dvd with a decent transfer still costs a small forture. but if you find them cheap, buy them anyways. I have the cheap pan and scan version but I love to watch them still because that is how i watched them on tv growing up.

High Plains Drifter (Eastwoods's "forgotten" spaghetti western)
Once Upon a Time in the West
The Good, the Bad, and the Weird (South Korean, but it might as well be a Western)
