Default Blu-Ray Audio

Hello all,

I am currently in the process of stepping into the world of hi-res audio. I have started my collection of 24-bit music but common sense tells me that since CD's are only limited to 16-bit, I'm going to need either Blu-Ray discs or DVD-A discs. I'm going with Blu.

My questions are the following: What is the best blu-ray audio burning software for Macs? Also, do I need to get an external blu-ray drive to burn my music? If so, what is the best one to get? Finally, are there any differences between the different brands that sell blank blu-ray discs or are they all pretty much the same?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this. As of now, I have no way to listen to this precious 24-bit audio! I have a bunch of AIFF files I'd like to get on to blu-ray disc but I'm looking for the best avenue to accomplish the task on my Mac.
