Tough crowd! I've barely scratched the surface of it. I never had the earlier versions so it will probably have a longer lifespan with me than with some of you veterans.
Still debating whether to get Rock Band or not. I want to try the drums, and the song list looks pretty interesting... Anyway the point of the thread is to watch South Park tonight - it should resonate with all gamers. ![]() |

As for Rock Band...I've got it on pre-order, the track list looks awesome and the potential aspect of having a downloadable album every week (or about every week) is amazing. The guitar is also 3/4 size I believe, so it'll have a little more weight. It will definitely be a game I invite friends over to play. And I admit that my dislike for GH3 is based on playing and beating the first two games on expert...and for the separate reason that I cannot use my GH3 guitar to play the older games ![]() |

I definetly fall into this category of addiction. I never played it before and a guy I work with had GH2. Needless to say I got GH3 and have playing the hell out of it. I beat it the other night on easy, and damn if Through The Fire and The Flames isn't hard as hell.

The episode was kind of weak sauce. It started off funny like the moment mentioned above... but then it fizzled out and was only momentarily funny. I'm a little disappointed.

GH is fun when you play it in bestbuy for 5 minutes before the system reboots. i would never spend time standing in front of my tv with a fake guitar trying to own Slash

That was a very funny episode.. especially for me cause my brother is a HUGE GH fan and got into the real thing because of it. He is really good and getting much better. You can check out some of his older videos at http://youtube.com/user/Bakkerkid
But it is so funny to see that kids ignore how good his dad was with the real thing. |
