October is going to be a packed month for me personally. November looks to be the same. So I though I'd make a thread and see who wants to chime in with there wish list holiday hauls for this season. Luckily I saved some cash for this moment. What is your October haul looking like??? Here's mine.

October: The Little Mermaid 3D, Monsters University 3D.

Maybe Pacific Rim. Have to rent, see how I like it. If I like it and can afford it, I'll pick it up.

November: Man of Steel 3D, Mickey's Christmas Carol, Winnie the Pooh: A Very Merry Pooh Year.

December: The Lone Ranger, Mary Poppins, The Great Muppet Caper/Muppet Treasure Island.

What I said for Pacific Rim applies to The Wolverine as well.

I don't have a credit card, and I care about debt so I am probably only going to get the Doctor Who 1-7 Set, Mary Poppins, and the three James Dean films.

Here's what will probably be added to my collection from October through December...

The Big Combo
The Americano
From Here to Eternity
3 Films by Roberto Rossellini Starring Ingrid Bergman
I Married a Witch
Eyes Without a Face

Stalag 17
High Plains Drifter
The Haunting
Weird Science

The Stranger
John Cassavetes: Five Films
La Notte
The Three Faces of Eve
Nosferatu (1922)
Rebel Without a Cause
City Lights
The Right Stuff

Assault on Precinct 13 (I have the Image Blu-ray, but this is one of my favorite flicks, so I'll probably upgrade.)
Tokyo Story
The Vivien Leigh Anniversary Collection
Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion
Mary Poppins

There are a few "second tier" titles that I'm still undecided about buying, such as Martin Scorsese’s World Cinema Project, The Uninvited, The Big Parade, and Fantastic Voyage, but I'm not sure when and if I'll purchase them.

My biggies are the Wolverine, Man of Steel, Little Mermaid, Wizard of Oz, Pacific Rim, The Hobbit, Akira, Tokyo Story, Argo, and possibly Akira (already have the Pioneer LE but both tracks sounds appealing). Other than that Im hoping for a big Black Friday this year.

Oh man... next month is going to be killer on my wallet, but I'll probably only be picking up the different variations of TLM. Unfortunately my October blu ray haul will have to take a back seat to the games being released that month.

There's a few releases I wouldn't mind picking up, but not much I have to get on release day, except for these:

October 01
- The Wizard of Oz (1939)
October 08
- Chucky: The Complete Collection (1988-2013)
- The Hangover Part III (2013) - Only because I'm a completest!
November 05
- A Christmas Story (1983) - It'll be nice to finally not have to suffer through commercials when I watch this at Christmas time

My rental queue on the other hand is a lot larger for the next two months, as I plan to check out a few titles I didn't make it to the theater to see...

October :
- After Earth
- Pacific Rim
- The Heat
- The Conjuring
- The Internship
- Monsters University
- R.I.P.D.
November:
- The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
- White House Down
- Man of Steel
- 2 Guns
- Planes
- Red 2
^^ Some of these may end up being blind buys, unfortunately
