Couple Questions - Blu-ray Forum

Hey All, First i like to say i love everyones movies rooms. Excellent work.

Well first i have a basement of about 20ft length by 8ft wide. Its not huge but descent enough to have a movie room. I have already a 36" led toshiba . But i just got 1000.00 gc from homedepot. I saw they actually have some good stuff. I bought to leather chairs buit looking to see hwat else i need and can afford. any one want to help me out? Suggestions?

Just to clarify, you're looking for suggestions on what electronics to use your Home Depot gift card for? Are you also going to be purchasing items on top of the HD Card budget of $1000? Are you looking to keep that TV for this room?

Im looking to keep the tv. and use the 1000.00 gc only

Well, I did a search on home depot's website for home theater and received back a few results. They have a couple Fluance 5.1 systems that are available. I've heard of them as a brand but have never listened to any of their speakers. Below is some links and some reviews to them. You would need a 5.1 receiver for these though and I do not see any receivers for sale on their website that are not out of stock or discontinued. An option would be to buy one of these systems and then sell the rest of your gift card to get a receiver.

Another option would be to just sell your HD GC at like 90-95% its value and buy everything elsewhere.
