Elite SC-72 or Arcam AVR380

Hi I would like to hear some opinions on my next receiver purchase I'm looking at the Pioneer elite SC72 and the Arcam avr380,witch one is better? I can get the pioneer on amazon for $799 and the Arcam for $999 @best buy.I know if I get the pioneer on amazon the warranty would be void but I can purchase the square trade warranty for 3yr.I listen a lot music for my ipod and watch movies but my preference is music also one thing I like about the SC72 is they use Class D amplifiers and I think they sound better but the guy from BB told me Arcam make better receiver.My current setup is Onkyo TX-NR609,JBL ES80 fronts,ES25C center and ES20 for backs. and JBL sub.
