Q&A

Q: When does voting end?
A: February 15th, 2014

Q: How are the votes tallied?
A: Your 1st choice receives 3 points, 2nd two points, 3rd one point.

Q: Why is there no award for best picture?
A: Foggy already has a thread dedicated to the best film of 2013

Q: Why only 3 choices for each category?
A: This is an attempt to keep the awards from becoming a popularity contest. If you allow too many nominees popular films tend to saturate the list. I also felt just one choice would be too limiting and wouldn't allow lesser known films or actors to be recognized.

Is Best Actor and Best Actress strictly for leading roles? Or if we thought performances in supporting roles were better, can we include them?

I think you should be able to include them, since there are no Best Supporting Actor/Actress categories.
