CIRCUS WORLD 1964...What is the best version on dvd ?

Id LOVE to get a copy of CIRCUS WORLD...would anyone recommend a good copy, that's circulating ???

The only DVD copy I've seen wasn't terribly good quality, but this this French release Blu-ray seems to be playable with region A players and I would've bought it already if not for the forced subtitles.

You can read a bit more about it here (there's a link to screenshots too) and decide how you feel about it yourself. I'm still holding onto a glimmer of hope that there will be a region A version from that master which doesn't have forced subtitles.
