I hope so, even though it wasn't shot in native 3D, the post production optimizing was extensive to say the least, check out the number of folk who undertook the project in the end credits.

Fox is the only studio other then Dreamworks to never release a single retail 3D release. So its up in the air whether this will be there first

I won't buy it until it comes out on 3D. So yes I do hope they release it day one, but I guess we will see.

They are probably negotiating an exclusive for the 3d version with one of the electronic mfr.s as we speak.

Gulliver's Travels is not being released in 3D in the US, Amazon's listing is a mistake.

In response to a query from Blu-ray.com, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has confirmed that Gulliver's Travels will also be released on April 19 in a four-disc set that includes the Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray (2D), DVD and Digital Copy. Thus, this fantasy/adventure comedy starring Jack Black will be the first title that the studio gives a wide release on the Blu-ray 3D format.

A couple Fox titles shown in 3D in theaters, such as Avatar of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, are available on 3D Blu-ray, but only as part of exclusive hardware bundles or promotions. Others, such as The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, haven't seen a 3D release of any kind.
