itunes store WB and New Line sale

One of my biggest complaints about the iTunes store is that one can't search out sale titles easily either on iTunes or on an Apple TV. They post two sales every week on the Top Movies section and every once in a while one can find another sale lurking in the genre listings, but other than that, users seem to be on their own and the majority of sale titles are only found if one happens to look at the item listings for an on sale title. I haven't been able to post a lot lately, but because of my feelings about this subject, I thought I would post this sale on the forum. If anyone knows of easy ways to find bargain and on sale titles on iTunes, I would love to know. It would be nice to be able to shop for bargains the same way one can for BD, DVD and even digital format stores like amazon's. Now, on to what I know about this sale.

I was looking through the listings for some of the top titles on my wish list, when I ran into several titles that were normally much higher in price at either $6.99 or $9.99. I bought Innerspace, Doc Hollywood, Out For Justice, Boogie Nights, and several others I can't recall at the moment. I noticed that all of them seemed to be either WB or New Line, which is of course owned by WB. Unfortunately, not all titles are on sale. I would have loved to splurge on some of the top WB titles, but no such luck on the newest and most popular, but there do seem to be some really good deals. I wish there was a way to browse one's wish list or the genre listings by studio, price and so on, but there isn't, so my suggestion, unless somebody else can find a link somewhere that lists the on sale titles, would be for people to either search out titles they are interested in that are connected to WB or to go through one's wish list and seek out those bargain titles.

wish I had more detailed info, like a complete list of titles, but i figured better to let folks know now, since there is no guarantee that the sale will last. So, happy shopping to anyone interested.

Last week i was able to buy all 3 Godfather movies for $9.99 jump on it quickly...and the next day its was $29.99 for all 3...

I did the same thing around that time for the Beverly Hills Cop Trilogy set. $9.99. The bundles don't get as much sale treatment as individual titles, but when they do, it can be great. Around last holiday season, at least i think it was one sale where I got all of these, but it may have been two different ones. I got the Harry Potter Collection, Lethal Weapon collection, Superman 6 film Collection, Star Trek 10 film collection and the Matrix Collection for some amazing discounts. Wish they would do set sales more often.

The last bundle sale was one of the two listed in the Top Movies tab if one is shopping on an apple TV. Right now, the two sales on that tab are a group of romantic comedies and a group of college films. As i said in the first post, the WB sale is what i call one of their stealth sales, since they are not listed anywhere on the Apple TV or on itunes. Wish they would make things easier. They would probably sell a lot more movies if they made finding titles a bit simpler.

The Paranormal Activity Collection(5 movies) in HD for $19.99($4 a movie average)
