I just could never get into this movie. I mean it is ok but I would say it is the least of my favorite Disney titles.
I guess since this is the last of the New Disney Renaissance titles before they crapped out again might have something to do with it.

Care to provide a zavvi link? I can't get any results when i search for it.
Fyi the numbers for this collection has nothing to do with the classics spine numbers.

For those who haven't seen this news:

From HD Ninja: "Per info received from Zavvi this will be the last title in this collection. There may be other Disney titles released in the future, but this is the last in this series."

So no more Disney classics/animated catalog steelbook editions after Tarzan.

I agree it is surprising. Perhaps they only had rights to issue 30 Disney animated classics and they have met that number? Or they don't feel the rest of the Disney classics have enough sales potential when they still have stock remaining for many more popular titles.

Hard to say, but it is definitely surprising. They have at least issued many of the most popular and most wanted titles over the more recent announcements (Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, etc.)

Dang. I felt like they were getting so close to completing them. Of the remaining, I was really hoping for The Great Mouse Detective and Oliver & Company.

No Sword in the Stone then?

that's a "nice" gap in the collection, since all the Classics (excluding the south americans and the first Winnie the Pooh) until Fox and the Hound have been/ are going to be released in Steel.

same with "The Rescuers Down Under", that would have at least completed the "Renaissance" Period started with Little Mermaid (and ended with Tarzan).

Wow, this is so disappointing. I wanted to finish the collection so bad.

I wonder if they are done with the Pixar films as well. They haven't released one for a long time.

I wished Zavvi would have released The Princess & The Frog as a steel. I've never even seen this film and the previous steel seems to garner big bucks on Ebay.

It better be a new UK Blu-ray with DTS-HD MA cause the current UK version has lossy DD audio.
