Sometimes they may be restricted by the film rights-holder to not include other language subtitles, so as to not cannibalize the sales of rights that may be sold in other territories.

Good PQ & AQ. Its BD-50 (Disc size 35.8gb ) Region - A. Disc casing is total bummer. They should provide proper bluray casing instead of adding post cards & embroidered patch.
