Looks like Region B releases on 4/1/2013, however a company in the US called "Gaiam Vivendi Entertainment" picked up the distribution rights so maybe we'll be seeing this soon as well. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing for us yanks haha! This could be a total stinker, or it could be funny. Hasn't really gotten the best reviews thus far, but it is a native 3d movie.

Any of our Region B buddies planning on picking this up? If so, care to come back and share thoughts?

Could be an acquired guilty pleasure. Kind of curious to see it. Hopefully we will see a US release soon.

Fun fact: The token black guy on the right side of the cover is Brandon Jay McLaren, a.k.a. the Red Ranger from Power Rangers SPD. I might check it out for that reason alone - because seriously, a "Zemon" even SOUNDS like a silly Power Rangers monster.

Interesting. Thanks for posting. From the poster alone, looks like a zombie comedy.

It would have to be gory like Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn and have strong 3D to add it to my list. The original Evil Dead movies also include Demon Zombies. Evil Dead reboot this Friday.

I've had this on order but it will ship with another title that comes out next week. I'll check on the region coding for those in the USA interested in picking it up.

I thought the movie was pretty funny. The 3D didn't really add anything to it for me though.

It was fairly weak. Some of the outdoor scenes had some okay depth, but that is about it. There are some kind of cheesy effects too.

FYI: The Dead Before Dawn 3D version was filmed in Native-3D. IMO, very strong depth and dimensional separation is present on the region A BD 3D disc.

anyone know if you can watch that best buy exclusive edition in 2D also?
it's one of the first 3D releases where i can't see anything listed on the case that 2D BD is also available.

The menu on the BD disc gives you the choice of playing the movie in 2D or 3D.

+1. Finally got a chance to watch this and I agree there is strong 3D the entire movie. This one is definitely a keeper and one of my favorite 3D movies this year.
