Spartacus TV Show, non digibooks?

So I ordered the TV show Spartacus on blu-ray. I was under the impression that all of the seasons were in the digibook format.

I got Gods of the Arena yesterday and it was a digibook. Today I got Blood and Sand and it was not a digibook, but the classic style case. Tomorrow I'm getting season 2 and I'm a bit worried in terms of the format. Right now, it doesn't match and wondering what the deal is here. I might have to rebuy a few seasons as it would bothered me if the boxes don't align.

Do all the seasons have digibooks and classic style cases?

They probably just transitioned to amaray after the digibook run was done... there's a complete series set that says it's digibook.
