Anyone else having issues redeeming Heaven is For Real UV?

Whenever I try it says "promotion not found" on Vudu.

use Sonyuvredeem works fine there and it carries over

I sent an email to Vudu support. Ususally they fix these things pretty fast. You can redeem on Sony's site, but a lot of people would rather do it though Vudu- I am one of those. That way if/when UV links get broken for any reason, you can at least always watch at the provider where you redeemed it while you are getting it straightened out.

I find that if VUDU doesn't work, go to Flixster and sometimes that does it. I have all my UV accounts linked so what shows up in one, shows up in the other within a few minutes. Of course, emailing support of whatever site will usually get you a response in an hour or so, as well as solution (your movie) that day. I had the same issue with Texas Chainsaw 3D

Worked fine for me on the Sony site. I redeemed the code on there and it showed up in my VUDU account within seconds.

I get the "promotion not found" thing too! I email Vudu last night about it, and I still haven't gotten a response. Thats pretty shocking to me.

I get the same message from Sony when selecting Vudu. I'm just going to wait it out.

Instead of choosing Vudu, choose either Sony or Flixster. Title will be then added to Vudu as well.

I couldn't remember my Sony password, then it says my account doesn't exsist. Then says my password has been revoked. Not worth the trouble.

Still not working on Vudu. You can now search and find it on the redeem UV copy page, but it says "invalid code".

I just went ahead and redeemed in the Sony store. Bad service from Vudu this time. They never even answered my case and it has been 3 days...

I thought it was common knowledge that Sony UV's don't redeem anywhere but Sony.

I've never had and issue before on Vudu with Sony titles. Sony even passes you over to Vudu if you want. However, even that was not working today.

I've had a different experience. I can only redeem sony titles at sony. No place else. They transfer to vudu just fine though.

sony codes redeem directly on vudu, you just need to select the title and do it that method. Now this title is a different story, it is not redeemign on vudu player. you have to goto sony site, click either "other" for sonypictures, flixster, bestbuy or target. and redeem on one fo the other players, and it will show up on vudu aswell if connected on uvvu.com

Hey, I was finally able to redeem Heaven is for Real thru Vudu's redemption page. So, it should be able to be redeemed on Vudu now.
