Arrow Season 6 blu-ray audio issues?

In episode 3 on the Season 6 blu-ray, 4 of Wild Dog's lines are muted. The subtitles show what he is supposed to be saying but there is no audio. Has anyone else experienced this?

It is in 3 different scenes. First scene is the beginning in the parking garage, 2nd scene is when Onyx opens the truck, and 3rd scene is in the hotel when they are chasing Onyx.

On my blu ray copy the audio was not there but on the digital Vudu copy the audio was there.

Thanks for checking. Seems like a issue with whatever master they used to do the blu-ray. Surprised it hasn't been mentioned before.
