Best co-op split screen games ps3? - Blu-ray Forum

I love playing co-op split screen with a friend on my PS3. So far we have played Resident Evil 5 & 6 and Call of Duty Black Ops 2.

Now I am thinking about getting Borderlands 2 next.
Any other good games I should check out?

I love playing co-op games as well in person with my friend. Seems like at least in the world of PS3 shooter genre of games the titles are limited as more and more people play online. Here are some of my favorite co-op split screen games with full campaigns.

-Aliens Colonial Marines
-Resistance 3
-Alien Breed 1-3
-Army of Two
-Call of Duty World at War
-Killzone 3
-Rainbow Six: Vegas

The original Borderlands is also not to be missed.

Is Aliens Colonial Marines worth it? The reviews stated it was pretty bad.

I'm a huge Aliens fan so I was really not that picky. I am also not a crazy serious gamer so it was just what I wanted in an Aliens shooter. The weapons array is a bit difficult to cycle through in a a pinch but I think they did a really good job tying the story and look into the movie. If you can pick up a used copy cheap it will make for a fun split screen shooter with a friend.

I didn't know KZ3 had split-screen co-op. I'm sure the kids will enjoy that...especially all of the stabbing in the throat.
