Hello I recently tried to purchase something under the home sharing account. But I do not want to use the main account holders payment information. I want to use the iTunes cards money already loaded onto my account. I wanted to know if anyone had already experienced this and knows how to bypass using the main account holders payment option.

it'll draw from your Apple ID balance before it tries the family payment method, as long as you have enough credit to cover the purchase you're fine

There's no way to family share while having everyone use their own credit cards?

Not that I am aware of - all "family" members will need to have enough credit in their account to cover their purchases. The best way to avoid unwanted charges is add some sort of a card with a very low balance (Our "family" uses a BofA virtual CC with a $5 balance).
