How big of a role does Terry O'Quinn have in this?

I want to say he was a lawman trying to catch them, or he was the railroad owner... or something. Honestly it's been at least 15 years since I've seen this. Such a random movie to put on BD out of nowhere lol

This movie was on one of those double feature DVD's (American Outlaws/Young Guns II) that Warner put out some years ago. When I saw Young Guns II being released on Blu in November 2018, I thought that American Outlaws would be right behind it. I'm surprised it took this long for AO to be released. I thought they would be released together. Was it because of the sale of the Morgan Creek catalog titles to Sony?

Edit: I see it was MC was sold to Revolution Studios, which is distributed by Sony.

I would say he’s got a big role in it cause he’s the lawman that’s tracks Jesse down.
