Day 1 for me. One of the finest films of the year. Not many films like this one where you can say the ending is so well earned.

The film was great but I'm not sure if I could rewatch it, the first time did a number on me by the end. Still, I'm reasonably sure I'd like to own it in the near future.

Can I also just take a moment to say that this is the most criminally overlooked film of 2017? This played for a few weeks at only one theater in the entire metro Atlanta area. And only one Golden Globe nomination? Argh.

My favorite film of the year! I'm so excited to be able to own this. I live in the Kissimmee area around where this takes place, and I was so happy to see this done with such heart and honesty. I hope it gets recognition from the Academy.

How hot does it get in that area around Summertime zack? Me watching it in gloomy Britain it was hard to really feel the sweltering heat of a Miami summer!

It's hot AND humid. It's horrible. It's something that you can try your hardest to get used to but you just don't. One of the things that I found a bit funny about the film is that it doesn't rain until about halfway through, and in summer in Orlando, it rains just about every day. It makes me laugh that people vacation here every summer (although, I think people are starting to catch on - it seems like it's busier here in terms of tourism in the Winter and Spring than Summer now). Haha.

Listen - I've got a great job, and anyone who lives anywhere can find something to complain about in their town. I love Orlando. It's hot and humid and muggy sometimes, but I love it.

Well, I come from a land where anything above 70 degrees and humid pretty much freaks us out (and we rarely have to put up with that for more than a few days each year) so I'm sure the summertime in Orlando would completely break us if we'd have to stay for too long! But thanks for letting me know what it's like!
