Where's the region A blu ray?

There are HD transfers of this and Black Eagle, the right lie with Imperial Entertainment, they commissioned the transfers around two years ago and stated the Imperial Entertainment catalog was up for licensing, for sure I would of bet Scorpion releasing would of put this out (I don't know why I thought this!)
