United Kingdom Ultraviolet and Warner Bros.

Hi all so I decided to play the Crazy, Stupid Love DVD from the Triple Play on my laptop and it cannot be read. It keeps ejecting itself, as I have no access to a Blu-Ray player right now, I decided to try the Ultraviolet digital copy instead.

Now, I have signed up for it and for a Flixster account but the website to redeem the code is useless. It doesn't let me get pass Step 2: Link. If I disallow Warner Bros to have access to my UV account it says "Your account has not been activated" and if I do, a white screen loads and nothing happens.

It's like political and corporate bullshit. Does anyone know how to get past this? Does Ultraviolet even work? Also, is there any way to contact the Warner Bros Home Video UK site to get a replacement out? When they had actual digital copies there was a site but I can't seem to find out how to get to a contact page for UK.
