Default monoprice dvi switcher osx-leopard/win vista 64

I am using the 2-port DVI switch from monoprice. It seems to work for a little while then scramble the video or a blank screen when the computer waks up.

Anyone know anything about?
If it matters sychmaster has 2 inputs VGA & DVI. The VGA is connected to a PMG4-osx tiger so the switch is using the DVI input so I can switch between them without doing it manually.

Are you using the external power source? Mine uses that, never an issue. Using it with Windows.

Very odd, I don't have any advice. There can always be "handshake" issues that delay the link, but it shouldn't be in the switcher.

As long as it ultimately works - after a delay - you're in business. I don't think anything is failing on you.

Turn off the screen saver - you're losing the DVI/HDMI handshake.

That's got to be what it is - a handshake failure. I'm not having it with mine, even when I put it to sleep.
