So, of course I linked my DMA to VUDU when it became available. The first "link" none of my movies showed up in VUDU. I contacted VUDU and he had me "unlink" then "re-link" DMA to VUDU. After this, my movies showed up.
Yesterday I added Guardians of the Galaxy to my DMA. This is the first movie I've added since to VUDU and DMA link. I added it via the DMA website. I cannot get Guardians of the Galaxy to show up in VUDU. It shows up in iTunes. I have tried "unlinking" the VUDU/DMA link but it gives an error message: There was a problem disconnecting your VUDU account. Please try again later. I can eventually get it "unchecked" so it appears the link is disconnected. Then if I go to the VUDU website to re-link it, everything seems to be ok. At this point the "check" is "checked" in the DMA "Connect Accounts" page. Still no movie in VUDU. Has anyone else ran into anything similar? |

I bought the dma and redeemed it at dma.
Got the movie to show in iTunes but not in vudu (11hours ago) Have not disconnected yet. Will wait to see if it comes up. Might be a delay on vudus' or something. |

Got off the phone with Vudu. She kept "checking something" and talking about some authentication error at UltraViolet. This threw me off because are all DIsney movies NOT UV? I pointed that out to her and she was "checking on it" for too long so I hung up. Sounds like there is an issue that I hope will be cleared up. Thanks for your input Carlanga. |

I had the same problem when I redeemed Guardians. I waited a few hours for it to appear, then I disconnected, and reconnected. Guardians is there now. The problem is, now all my other non vudu DMA movies (about 25) have disappeared. This is not how DMA is supposed to work. They are supposed to stay in your account when you disconnect.

True. Also, I am unable to disconnect and reconnect without errors. Hopefully this is something that is simply a problem because VUDU and DMA partnering is new. Hopefully it will eventually work as it is advertised. |

WTF does this have to do with UltraViolet??!!! Why did you create it in the UV subforum? Can a mod please move this thread to the main Digital Movies subforum? |

Hey. Is it really *that big of a deal? I'm sorry. I had VUDU on my mind and created it in the wrong thread. My mistake. |

Please clarify. Why would Paramount handle redemptions for GotG? They haven't been involved with the MCU since the first Captain America (their logo was kept on The Avengers & Iron Man 3 but they were 100% Disney like everything since).

Old post I know, but this might help. Whenever a movie doesn't appear in VUDU that should, before you do any unlinking/relinking, try searching for the movie in VUDU first (like you would if you were going to buy it). You should see "WATCH NOW" option is there, and then the movie should appear in your collection. This has happened quite a few times for me, but ALWAYS works. If this doesn't work for you, try your other method, but I've found this works, and saves time.
